Starlight Ceiling Panel Installation

What's Included in the package

  • Starlight Panels
  • Double-ended connector wire cable
  • Starlight Controller
  • Power Supply with 5.5mm * 2.5mm DC Jac Connector

How to connect Starlight Panels with Starlight Controller

1. Connect one end of the double-ended connector wire cable to the back of the Starlight Panel (with
right side connector of the PCB) as shown below.

2. Cut-off the connector at the other end of the double-ended connector wire cable and peel off the insulation such that you have wire filament as shown above in Image #2. Use either a wire stripper or wire cutter to cut off the connector and remove the wire insulation layer.

3. Looking from the front as shown in the Image #1 above, the leftmost wire (with horizontal dashes, -) goes to the “V+” on the “Output” marked side of the Starlight Controller OR check the
marking on top of the wire that comes out of the “+” marked on the PCB connector at the back of the Starlight Panel and connect that same wire to the “V+” on the “Output” marked side of the
Starlight Controller.
4. Connect the remaining 4 wires, in order, to the CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4, respectively as shown
above in Image #3.
5. To connect multiple Starlight Panels in series together, just use another double-ended connector
wire cable and connect one end of the cable to the second connector of the Starlight Panel PCB
(the other connector of which is connected to the Starlight Controller) to one of the connectors of the second Starlight Panel (which you want to connect in series) as shown in the Image #5 below.
6. Finally, insert the DC Jack connector into the “Power IN” port of the Starlight Controller and plug the power supply to any AC 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz power outlet.

How To Download Starlight Ceiling Mobile App

There are two ways to download the Starlight Ceiling App on Android or iOS devices.

  • Search for “Starlight Ceiling” on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install the app
    based on your OS.
  • Scan the QR code below to download it directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Alternatively, you can also scan the QR code on the Starlight Ceiling controller to download and install
    the app.

How to connect to Starlight Ceiling using the App

• Open the app and click on “Connect Your Starlight” on the main page. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.

  • Click on “Find My Starlight Panel” button to discover nearby Starlight Panels. Select your Starlight Panel from the list of available devices. If it asks for a password then enter, “123456” and continue.

How to navigate the Starlight Ceiling App

  • Once connected, press the Play ( ) button to turn the Starlight on (if not already on). You can
    change the program by clicking the “Next” ( ) or “Previous” ( ) button in the app.
  • Use the corresponding sliders to adjust the cycle (frequency) and brightness of the starlight.

  • To create a custom program, click on the “Custom” Button. You can enter a new name to your
    custom program and press Submit.
  • You can select any or all of the 4 LEDs to program and set any of them to “Light”, “Blink” or “Breathe” as per your liking. Also, you can choose the required brightness and cycle for each of the 4 LEDs. To save your program, click on the Save button or use the Delete button to delete it

  • To turn off the Starlight LEDs, press the “Home” button at the lower-left corner of the LED control app page and click the “Turn Off” Button. Press the “Choose” button to go to the LED control app page again to choose a program.


  • To disconnect the Starlight Panels, go to the Settings Tab and click on the “Disconnect” Button.
