Warranty

Starlight Ceiling panels and illumination components are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification or misuse. See our Warranty page for coverage details and how to make a claim.

Installation

Our products are designed for DIY installation following the included instructions. Please review the installation guide before starting, and contact support with any questions before modifying panels.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product.
