30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products that have been installed or modified may not qualify for a refund.

How to request a return

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
