Starlight Ceiling panels are secured to drywall ceilings with a nail gun. This creates permanent cosmetic marks and means an installed panel can no longer be repackaged and sold as new. Warranty support for a genuine covered defect remains separate from a change-of-mind return.
Products that are complete, new and unopened qualify for a full product refund when the approved return is made within the return window.
An approved return involving installation marks is subject to a 15% handling fee calculated on the total order value because the panels cannot be resold as new.
The customer delivers the return to the designated location. Our professionals inspect the product and confirm the final fees and refund according to its condition.
