How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and standard shipping takes 5— 10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders, and you'll receive a tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
What if it's not right for my space?
Our 30-Day Worry-Free Returns policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery. New, unopened products qualify for a full product refund. Installed or altered products are professionally inspected and may be subject to fees — see the Return Policy for complete conditions.
What does the 1100-day manufacturer warranty cover?
Eligible panels and illumination components are covered against manufacturing defects for 1100 days from purchase. Coverage details, what to prepare and the claim process are on the Warranty page.
Can I expand my sky later?
Yes — the system is modular. One Starlight Controller powers up to 30 panels, so most owners can add panels without any extra hardware. Just match your panel size and clip them into the grid.
How do I pair the app?
Power the controller, open the app and follow the pairing prompt — it takes under a minute. If the controller doesn't appear, power-cycle it once; the quick start guide covers pairing step by step.
