Record ceiling speakers, the projector and its beam path, vents, lights, and any service access on the same sketch. Ask your installer to coordinate panel placement with those features. Do not assume the panel face can cover a speaker grille or that a wired panel can be cut anywhere.

Review the installation guide for the recommended mounting and connection process. Existing ceiling grids require a compatibility and load check; solid ceilings need the appropriate mounting method. Confirm any proposed modification with support before making cuts.
